Reservation Policies:

• 4 hour time limit, per day
• Rooms reservations are prioritized for student access
• Reservations are available from 7:30am - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Bookings are available up to 7 days in advance
• An active email address with a domain of @icahn.mssm.edu, @mssm.edu, @mountsinai.org or @pson.edu is required

How to reserve a group study room:

1. Select a start time for your booking in the grid.
   • Click on the blue  Info  button to view what's available in the space and booking policies.
     •  indicates that the room has sufficient space for wheel chair turnaround.
     •  indicates that the room has a power outlet.
   • Green = Available,  Red = Booked,  Yellow = Tentative/Unconfirmed Booking, Grey = Booking in progress
2. Then use the drop-down menu below the grid to chose the duration.
3. Enter your contact information, including your Mount Sinai email address and sbumt the form.
4. Check your email to confirm your reservation request.
