Making the Most of Your Scopus Author Profile

Making the Most of Your Scopus Author Profile

Scopus is a multidisciplinary citation database that allows you to track, analyze, and visualize research. Your Scopus author profile includes a list of your citations, your co-authors, your h-index and other metrics that are often used to assess the impact of your work, so it’s important to keep it up to date and accurate.
This session will cover:

  • Understanding your unique author ID and how it is compiled
  • How to edit your profile - add or delete documents, merge profiles and update your affiliation
  • Understanding your publications and metrics
  • Using your profile to discover author networks and potential co-authors
  • Connecting your Scopus profile to ORCID
