Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Writing Support Consultation via Zoom

  • Appointments are 45 minute Zoom sessions with a Writing Support Consultant
  • Writing support services are available exclusively to current, matriculated Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, and fellows as well as Phillips School of Nursing Students.
  • Writers are allowed a maximum of four appointments per semester.
  • The service is available at no charge, but please note the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

The Writing Support Service operates on a reduced schedule in the winter months. If the available hours do not meet your needs, please contact the library at refdesk@mssm.edu.
